A company focused on its community does more than donate dollars to improving local surroundings. It facilitates a spirit of community philanthropy and volunteerism among its staff.
BLR Holdings seeks to support and empower our team members to further their community commitments in a meaningful way. We have built an infrastructure that encourages staff to maximize their impact. We offer an industry-leading volunteer leave policy (24 hours of paid leave per year) as well as dedicated service leaders that help staff identify service opportunities that align with their passions and that provide a path to professional growth.
In 2013, we realized over 340 hours of community service and volunteerism in support of 20 unique charities. We are striving for more than 400 hours in 2014.
Each day we work to continuously improve our corporate social responsibility efforts. Together, we can contribute to enrich lives and better our communities.
